pBE2RS穿梭表达载体是以pBE2为根本骨架,引入来自pWB980质粒的P43强启动子,并在其下流引入嗜碱芽孢杆菌碱性卵白酶信号肽和前肽构建而成。质粒拷贝数测定显示,pBE2RS在大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌每一个细胞中约含有1个拷贝。质粒稳固性试验显示:该质粒在大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌中各传30代而不产生丧失,可以在大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌中稳固存在。
